SEVEN POINTS UPTOWN (3001 Hennepin Ave. S.) – Uptown Art Heals. The aftermath and unrest after the killing of George Floyd in our community spurred many local artists to express themselves and paint the plywood covered windows of Uptown businesses in spring of 2020. The Uptown Association coordinated efforts between businesses and artists, and dozens of painted plywood murals emerged. Some of these murals will be on display inside Seven Points to remind us to never forget the necessary change of racial injustices and positive messaging these murals display.

Plan a free event at your location and be included in our marketing, promotional programs, printed materials and website. It may be something like demonstrations featuring your businesses, live music, art, and any other creative activities!

You will be responsible for:

  • Ideas (we all have them!)
  • Execution
  • Scheduling
  • Hiring and fulfillment of paid entertainment

It is going to take all of us to show how vibrant our neighborhood continues to be. This is a great way to cross-promote your business with others throughout the community and showcase we’re working together!
