INGRID SODERBERG

A resident of Minneapolis since 1991, Ingrid is the General Manager of Nightingale at 26th & Lyndale, where she has worked for 11+ years. Of all the things she loves about her job and the people she serves, mentoring & learning from their amazing staff is at the top.

Ingrid is passionate about Minneapolis, past, present and future. New to the Uptown Association in 2024, she strives to help support local businesses & our community throughout the construction years & beyond.

A graduate of the U of M Carlson School of Management with a degree in Small Business Management (& French), her working life began at age 15 in hospitality, segued into another life as a script editor & executive assistant for a local screenwriter, co-owner of Black Sheep Baby clothing company, in-home child care provider, and back to restaurants when she found the perfect one in Nightingale.

Spare time has long been spent in hockey rinks, as both her son (now 20 serving our country as a Recon Marine in Okinawa, Japan) and her daughter (going into 8th grade at Anthony Middle School) have played since they were little. Other passions are her animals (always 2 cats & 2 dogs) and gardening, Caring for the Nightingale patio flowers & indoor plants bring a great amount of pride & joy, as do her many volunteer & charity/school fundraising endeavors over the years.
