Accommodations
The Uptown Association has partnered with Moxy Minneapolis Uptown to secure a discounted room rate for artists. The room block is in place from Thursday, August 6 (check-in time 3:00 pm) to Monday, August 10 (check-out time 11:00 am). Reservations must be made by July 25, 2026, to be eligible for the discounted rate of $119 per night. See the artist guide for your booking link!
Parking
There is available street parking near and around the footprint, as well as ramp parking at the following locations:
• Seven Points Parking Garage (1375 W 31st St) – max height 6’10”
• Rise Up Center (2808 Hennepin Ave S) – max height 7’4”
• MoZaic Art Park Ramp (1398 Lagoon Ave) – max height 8’0”
• Rainbow Building (1422 W Lake St)
The Rainbow Building is a surface lot and is recommended for those with oversized vehicles or trailers. Given the event’s urban location, no dedicated RV parking is available close to the event grounds.
All City of Minneapolis parking regulations are strictly enforced and overnight parking is inadvisable. The Uptown Art Fair staff reserves the right to expel, without refund, any exhibitor bringing a vehicle onto the Art Fair footprint during times that the Art Fair is open to the public.
COMPLIMENTARY BIKE VALET PARKING
WHEN: Open daily, 15 minutes before the fair opens until 15 minutes after it closes.
LOCATION: Intersection of James Avenue and “The Mall” (near the Midtown Greenway trail)
